Rapiscan 638 DV 320KV
The new 638DV 320kV is an advanced dual-view X-ray system with a 1837 mm wide by 1800 mm high tunnel opening for screening ULD type, ISO standard, and large cargo pallet type freight.
The new 638DV 320kV features high penetration, dual-view technology and explosives and narcotics detection alert supporting secure inspection and higher throughput for air cargo screening and customs applications.
The 638DV 320kV is available in two configurations: 3000 Kg conveyor max load and 5000 Kg conveyor max load.
The 638DV 320kV reduces cost by requiring only a 230V single phase power supply.

DETECTION OF EXPLOSIVES AND NARCOTICS ALERT
Target and NARCScan are designed to assist operators in the detection of a wide range of explosives and narcotics respectively in real time during the scanning process by marking a potential threat on the X-ray image. Rapiscan® Systems detection algorithms are based on regulatory material analysis techniques.

638DV 320kV performance is in full compliance with the European Union regulations (EC) No. 300/2008, (EU) No. 2015/1998 and Commissions Decision C (2015)8005 for aviation security.
EASE OF USE PROVIDING HIGHEST THROUGHPUT
With over 14 image processing tools and detection alert algorithms, the feature-rich software allows the operator to more easily and accurately search for contraband.
DARC ALARM
Rapiscan® Systems' proprietary detection algorithm that detects areas of high density while screening air cargo. Rapiscan® Systems collaborated closely with the U.K. Department for Transport to create DARC alarm and jointly executed the necessary test trials to verify the effectiveness of the DARC Alarm algorithm.
